Obama-ized.

Yes, this was the result of boredom and the fact that the boyfriend would rather play with his ukulele he's named Hana (Honolulu) than pay any attention to me on the web-cam. I blame this post on him. Oh, did I mention that when I'm not there Hana gets to ride shotgun.. with a seatbelt on. WTF?!

Winter break has almost come to an end, but I'm actually looking forward to next semester. I need to redeem myself after the shitfest that was last semester. This time I'm back on my grind..

I asked Natalie to teach me Make Up 101 since it's my NYR! I'm what one may call a make up virgin. The only times I've ever really worn make up is for proms, weddings, and those rare occasions Nat dolls me up! :) I only wear lipgloss, so that doesn't count! My boyfriend knows more about make up than I do, which makes me really, really sad. Main reason I never really tried it is because I always felt like I wouldn't know what to do and that I'd just look completely horrid. Lately I've been curious, besides there's nothing wrong with wanting to look nicer on a daily basis. Anyone got any advice?

Awww. :) You're so cute! lol A make-up virgin eh? *wink wink* You should try Mac's expensive pink eyeshadow--its a very light and pretty pink that is very easy to wear, with maybe a brown in the crease like Mac's expresso. Simple, sweet, not overdone, and super easy.

You and your bf are funny. I remember playing the ukulele when I was in elementary school hehe. That was a LONG time ago. But it must be cute cause he probably serenades you! Does he sing too?

As for basic makeup, why don't you start off with getting use to applying liner, mascara, and blush? For years I only wore liner and it makes a big difference. Then you can move on to neutral eye shadows. It's all about practice! Next thing you know, Natalie will be asking you for tips! hehe
